We have successfully completed the two-stage audit process and, according to the diind, are one of the role models for German SMEs.
In the first stage, the assessment procedure focuses on the company’s actions in terms of proactivity, commitment and sustainability. In particular, transparent actions, clear values and open communication are rewarded. In the second stage, the company’s digital touchpoints are analyzed. This includes, for example, the website, social media channels and the evaluation of customer reviews and employee assessments (social listening).
