BCON is an owner-operated Management Consulting for the realignment of corporate strategy to the permanent business transformation in the Sales, After Sales and E-Mobility business.

Our customers are mostly automotive manufactures/importers as well as automotive trade groups. We work internationally, across all sales levels and are strongly implementation oriented.

We have extensive experience in the following areas:

BCON was founded in 2011. Since then, our high level of customer satisfaction in projects has led to strong sales and employee growth. As competent advisors, the BCON partners in particular combines both; many years of consulting experience and distinctive management and implementation expertise. All consultants have an excellent education as well as many years of consulting experience on major national and international projects, mostly in the automotive industry.


Alexander von Buzay

Alexander von Buzay is the managing partner of BCON. His many years of international expertise in the automobile industry is focussed on the development of sales and network strategies in the areas of Sales and After-Sales. The design of concepts in the context of digital transformation and their direct operational implementation at all sales levels (Headquarters, Wholesale, Retail) and other industries rounds off his comprehensive consulting profile.

Prior to the foundation of BCON, Alexander von Buzay was a partner at HPP – Harnischfeger, Pietsch & Partner Strategie- und Marketingberatung (Management-Buy-out der debis Marketing Consulting, Daimler AG). Before studying business administration at university, Alexander von Buzay completed a commercial apprenticeship in a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG.

At BCON you will find consultants who speak your language. However, it is not always a case of working together to develop and implement strategies and concepts: sometimes it is simply a case of deciding on the best course of action through mutual collaboration. Our relationship of trust is not linked to the size of company, office location or media presence. Loyalty and discretion are essential elements of good consulting. Even when they find themselves in difficult situations, we support our clients with strength of character and steadfastness. In order to protect our clients’ internal company policy , we do not offer consultancy services to direct competitors. Furthermore, we never use the names of our clients to drum up business.
